It is our objective at Safeguard Properties to protect our clients interests at each property we service for them.  In keeping with this goal, we strive to provide complete information regarding any outstanding issues at the property.

Several months ago, we began the gradual implementation of a new feature on our updates.  Once this feature is activated for you, your updates will restate all bids for a property that have not yet been completed, approved, or denied.  The complete bid detail will also be included, thus allowing you to obtain necessary property information without referencing previous updates.

It is our hope that timely follow up regarding this information will allow us to preserve properties more efficiently and completely.  The removal of unapproved and unnecessary bids from our system will also help us to accurately report to you all outstanding bids and evaluate the property status against industry standards and regulations.
