HUD has released Mortgagee Letter 2007-07 updating ML 04-40, issued September 30, 2004, and announcing a change for the Management and Marketing (M&M) contractor servicing the Philadelphia Homeownership Center, Area PB (Michigan and Ohio).
The firm named below has assumed responsibilities for Management and Marketing contract services for the Subject contract area. All other items in the aforementioned Mortgagee Letter 04-40 remain the same.
