VA Phoenix RLC Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin No. 26-07-05

The Phoenix Regional Loan Center has released Information Bulletin No. 26-07-05 titled, " Expenses for Preservation of Security and Liquidation in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico".

Including in this Information Bulletin are the following changes.

Removal of the wording "30 days delinquent " from the section titled, "What if the property is abandoned"
Increase in the Maximum Allowable fee for a lock change
Increase in the Maximum Allowable fee for Judicial Foreclosure legal fees
Establishment of a Maximum Allowable fee for Bankruptcy Filing.
