On June 16, FEMA added Gregory County to the May 22nd Presidential Disaster Declaration as eligible for Public Assistance.

On May 22nd,  FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of South Dakota.

The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance. Beadle, Brown, Clark, Davison, Hanson, Hutchinson, Miner, Sanborn, Spink, and Yankton

No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance:
