Subject: Letter to Servicers from John Robbins

Attached is a letter from MBA’s Chairman John Robbins bringing to your attention an issue that has been raised to him on Capitol Hill.  Members of Congress want to ensure equality of treatment in loss mitigation and work-out options being offered to various borrowers.  On listening to these concerns, MBA agreed to bring the issue to the attention of our membership.
