| New Orleans Imminent Health Threat Demolition |

As previously discussed, on February 1, The City of New Orleans passed an Ordinance that allows the City to demolish or remediate property deemed an imminent health threat 30 business days after the posting of the notice. To reverse a demolition condemnation,during this four day window,property owners must submit in person or by certified mail proof (photos) thatthe property has been gutted and secured. The photos must document the following:
Upon receipt of proof, the property will be scheduled for a follow-up inspection to validate the remediation claim. Failure to comply with the Imminent Health Threat Ordinance by August 25, 2007 will result in the demolition of the property. A property owner or interested party can submit documentation in person at one of the following locations
