On August 24th, the following three counties were added to the August 23rd Disaster Declaration as eligible for Individual and Public Assistance: Olmstead, Steele and Wabasha.

On August 23rd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Minnesota.

The following counties were declared eligible for Individual and Public Assistance: Fillmore, Houston, and Winona.
