Greetings, The Homeownership Preservation Clinic will be held on August 30, 2007, at the Renaissance Hotel located in downtown Cleveland at 24 Public Square. The Clinic will take place between 2 PM and 8 PM. There will be two general sessions beginning at 2 PM and 5:30 PM where basic information about housing finance and loss mitigation will be discussed. Each general session will be followed by repeating, concurrent sessions lasting one and one-half hours where more specific information, designed to help homeowners preserve their homes, will be provided. Moreover, the entire six hours of the Clinic are designed to provide attendees the opportunity to speak one-on-one with the appropriate agency, lender or servicer. We are not asking you to attend the Clinic, although you are certainly welcome to attend. However, in order to reach as many people as possible, we are requesting that you help us get the information out about the Clinic by sharing our colorful announcement (attached to this e-mail) with as many persons/organizations as you can. It can be posted anywhere, government offices, houses of worship, manufacturing facilities, supermarkets, etc.
Again, thank you for taking the time to read this e-mail and for helping us to spread the word about this important Homeownership Preservation Clinic.
Doug Shelby
