Safeguard has recently made system modifications to ensure that
all necessary information pertinent to Mobile/Manufactured home
properties is provided to our clients. Our contractor website auto update has been programmed not to allow the inspector to submit the update unless the following information is received: Occupied units: The following fields are also available for the inspectors to
provide additional information but are not required to complete, as
this information may not always be available: Vacant units: Safeguard has been providing this information to our clients for some time, but we have now automated the process to require this information at the time of the initial update. It is our hope that this added requirement will help to assure that we obtain and provide our clients with all required property information accurately and efficiently.
