Recent clarification was received from the Cleveland Municipal Court Housing Division regarding eviction procedures.

As discussed in the document (link) below the new requirement is as follows;

Personal property is no longer to be placed on the yard or lawn of the property. All personal property is to be removed from the house and placed on the curb.All the debris and trash is to be immediately placed in a dumpster or otherwise contained for disposal.
