This Mortgagee Letter announces that HUD has awarded its new National Loan Servicing contract to C&L Service Corporation, with Morris-Griffin Corporation as the subcontractor. 

C&L Service Corp./Morris-Griffin Corp. is responsible for FHA Single Family Secretary-Held Assets including Assigned HECM Mortgages, Secretary-Held Title II Mortgages, Partial Claim Subordinate Mortgages, HECM Subordinate Mortgages, Section 235 Subordinate Mortgages, Nehemiah Subordinate Mortgages, and the Good Neighbor Next Door Subordinate Mortgages.

Mortgagees should forward all required documentation for Secretary-held mortgages to:
