Update On March 22nd the following six (6) counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Bartow, Burke, DeKalb, Floyd,Jefferson, and Polk Counties. On March 22nd, the following three (3) counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Burke, Fulton, and Jefferson Counties. Please see below for an updated Excel spreadsheet of affected zip codes. On March 20th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Georgia. The following county was declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Fulton County No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance.
