The purpose of this change is to extend the rescission date of the basic circular so that stations continue to provide guidance on VA’s position with respect to this procedure.

Therefore, Circular 26-06-02 is changed as follows:
Page 3 Paragraph 10:

Delete and insert “Any Property Management questions about this circular may be directed by e-mail or telephone to Lance Kornicker at 202-461-9531. Loan Administration questions may be directed to Carl
Wasson, telephone 202-461-9525.”

Paragraph 11:
Delete “April 1, 2008” and insert “January 1, 2009.”
