Please see the following release from HUD NOTICE H 2004-08 Dated:5/28/2004 | Received:6/7/2004 | Posted:6/7/2004 HUD implements Radon Gas and Mold Notice and Release Agreement to be included with all sales contracts to ensure potential purchasers are aware that radon gas and mold may cause health problems. This agreement becomes effective for all sales contracts accepted 30 days from the date of this notice. |
