The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Barbour, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Marion, Taylor, and Tyler Counties.

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Barbour, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Marion, and Taylor Counties.
