The House Financial Services Committee under the direction of Chairman Barney Frank (D-MA) recently heard testimony from industry leaders. The session titled, "'A Review of Mortgage Servicing Practices and Foreclosure Mitigation" focused specifically on loan modifications, servicing practices and responsiveness to consumers.
