The Dept. Of Housing and Urban Development has released Mortgagee Letter (ML) 2008-20 titled:"Management and Marketing (M&M) Change for the Philadelphia Homeownership Center (Philadelphia HOC)".

This Mortgagee Letter updates Mortgagee Letter 2004-40 which announced points of contacts and geographic areas of responsibilities for Single Family Management and Marketing (M&M) contracts awarded in August 2004. 

This Mortgagee Letter announces that HomeSource has moved.  HomeSource is the M&M contractor for Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Effective immediately, all preservation and protection (P&P) information and/or pre-conveyance issues for Maryland and the District of Columbia must be sent to individuals indicated below.  The change of address was effective on June 20, 2008.  Mortgagees must take the appropriate steps to immediately effect these changes.
