In accordance with our Mission Statement and our commitment to on-going training, Safeguard Properties has recently established a new ?Hands-on Contractor Field Trip Training? project. For the past six months, our employees have accompanied Safeguard's contractors to vacant properties to observe how our contractors perform the services we provide our clients (see attached). This experience has provided our staff with hands-on knowledge of the service we provide and allows us to expand on our existing relationships with our contractors. In view of the overwhelming success of this program and the positive feedback we have received from our participating staff and contractors, we would like to extend the opportunity for our clients to go on these field trips with our contractors. Field trips can be scheduled at a location convenient for our client and can be conducted on weekdays or weekends as suits your particular needs. Your staff will get to experience first-hand the steps involved in identifying vacant properties, securing, winterizing, removing debris, boarding, performing yard maintenance, etc. This is a chance to see in person how Safeguard obtains the information and photos that we supply to our clients in their updates, and your staff is sure to walk away with a much better understanding of how Safeguard Properties conducts work to safeguard its clients' interests. We encourage you to contact Nicole Alling (nicole.alling@safeguardproperties.com) or Kathryn Harris (kathryn.harris@safeguardproperties.com) with any questions about this program and/or to schedule a field trip with one of our contractors. Safeguarding our clients' interest is our mission and our goal. Sincerely, Robert Klein To view additional All Client Alerts, please click on http://www.safeguardproperties.com/news/ |
