Update

On October 24th, the following four (4) counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Anderson, Bowie, Leon and Milam Counties.

On October 9th, the following five (5) counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Shelby and Smith Counties.

On October 9th, the following one (1) county was declared eligible for Public Assistance: Shelby County.

On September 13th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Texas.

The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Angelina, Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Cherokee, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Matagoria, Montgomery, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Trinity, Tyler, Walker, Waller and Washington Counties. 

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance:  Angelina, Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Cherokee, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Matagoria, Montgomery, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Trinity, Tyler, Walker, Waller and Washington Counties.
