As you may be aware, the Fifth Annual National Property Preservation Conference will be held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. on November 5 - 7, 2008.

As you may be aware, the Fifth Annual National Property Preservation Conference will be held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. on November 5 - 7, 2008.
We are again anticipating a record attendance at this years’ event. The past years conferences (2007 National Property Preservation Conference) have been extremely successful and the Conference has become the landmark event for those in the servicing industry in regards to preservation issues. Conference attendees in the past have enjoyed the active participation of representatives from HUD, Fannie Mae, FHLMC, VA, code enforcement officials from around the country, contractors, mortgage servicers, FEMA representatives and field service providers. We are anticipating an extremely strong participation from all aspects of the Industry this year as well.
I would like to extend an invitation to the industry to participate on the conference planning committee.
The planning committee's role is to collaborate on the Conference agenda by defining the topics for discussion and the overall goals to be achieved. We will likely have the first planning committee conference call next week and will continue to have them bi-weekly until just prior to the conference.

Once we've established the committee members, I will send out an email to schedule the first call
