Update On October 15, the following four (4) counties were declared eligible for Public Assitance: Cook, DuPage, Grundy and LaSalle Counties. Please see below for an updated Excel spreadsheet of affected zip codes. On October 3rd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Illinois. The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, LaSalle and Will Counties. No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance.
