As a marketing specialist for an M&M contractor I am always seeking new ways to market my inventory and searching for strategies to reduce my days in inventory and days on market. I really enjoyed the recent article on "Initiatives Help Combat Vacant Blight". As you well know vandalism these days is a major issue with REO's and engaging property owners in the neighborhood is an excellent idea in taking some of the responsibility from city officials and reduce response times to address these issues.

I frequently review your companies website along with reading industry publications. I always get some new idea or technique from your website that I can use in my daily work in marketing my inventory of HUD owned properties.
