On November 28, the following four (4) counites were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Clark, Montgomery, Nevada and Pike Counties.

On October 22nd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Arkansas.

No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Carroll, Clay, Craighead, Greene, Hempstead, Howard, Izard, Lafayette, Lawrence, Little River, Madison, Miller, Newton, Randolph, Sharp and Van Buren Counites.
