Safeguard Properties has recently made a new feature available to our clients.  For some time, we have offered the ability to automatically provide an overallowable form with any bids submitted.  This form is populated with property, client, and bid information from the Safeguard system. 

We are now offering the ability to populate the sale date on this form.  The date populated will be the sale date which you provide to Safeguard.  Please contact Kathy Cogan at kathy.cogan@safeguardproperties.com if you are interested in activating this feature.
