The following contains a link to the recordings on our Web site of the open round-table discussion that took place at the 2004 USFN Seminar in San Antonio, TX, specifically pertaining to property preservation and inspections for the mortgage industry.  These recordings and discussions took place with full participation from all segments of the mortgage industry, HUD, Fannie Mae, VA, M&M Contractors, Mortgage Servicers, Attorneys, City Code Enforcement, and Field Service Vendors.

Listening to these recording will give the staff a better understanding of the guidelines and of the services we are required to provide to our clients to keep them within compliance.

Please schedule a time for each member of your staff to review the recordings and submit a written summary.
