SPI QC Field Review By SPI Staff
Monday, 26 July 2004
Safeguard Properties is pleased to announce the implementation of another new quality control program to help ensure that we provide our clients with the very best in property preservation services.

Safeguard has recently hired in-house staff that will travel nationwide to perform quality checks on work completed by our contractors.  The Quality Control field staff will check to assure that all work performed by our contractors is up to the high standards of the investors and our clients.

The staff will also monitor bids submitted by our contractors for accuracy and completion of work performed per bid approval.  In addition to performing QC audits, the QC field staff will also conduct mandatory on-site training sessions for our contractors to attend.

These inspections are performed for our own internal quality control purposes and will be completed on an ongoing basis at no expense to our clients.  The purpose of the program is simply to ensure that we always provide our clients with the highest quality work and safeguard their interests.

If you have any questions about this or any of the other quality assurance programs in place or in development at Safeguard, please contact our P&P High Risk Director Steve Meyer (Steve.Meyer@safeguardproperties.com).
