Fannie Mae has issued the following Servicing Policy Update regarding Announcement 09-05R.
Fannie Mae has issued the following Announcement:
This Announcement provides policy clarifications and additional instructions regarding the Home Affordable Modification Program (HMP). The Announcement is a reissuance of Announcement 09-05, dated March 4, 2009 and supersedes it in its entirety. Additionally, the HMP Hardship Affidavit (Form 1021) has been updated to include a section requesting government monitoring information. To view the online Announcement, please click here.
