Update On May 13th, the following three (3) counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Daviess, Lawrence and St. Joseph Counties. Please see below for an updated Excel spreadsheet of affected areas. On April 22nd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Indiana. The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Allen, Carroll, Dekalb, Fulton, Jasper, Kosciusko, Lake, LaPorte, Marshall, Noble, Pulaski, White and Whitley Counites. No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance.
