FEMA Declared Disaster Alert Kansas and New York Severe Storms and Flooding
Tuesday, 03 August 2004

The following Alert contains information about two severe storms. These have been declared Federal disaster areas. However, assistance is limited to "State and local Governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities," and they therefore do not generate moratoriums on residential properties.
