The sentiment communicated in this letter means a great deal to all of us at Safeguard, because it means that we are succeeding in one of our primary goals, that of promoting open communication and meaningful dialogue between different sectors of the industry.  This letter confirms that our efforts are paying off and making our job (safeguarding our clients' interests) and the job of the code enforcement departments (protecting their neighborhoods) a little easier.
