Update On June 4th, the following five (5) counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Baker, Clay, Flagler, Putnam and Volusia Counties. Please see below for an updated Excel spreasheet of affected areas. On May 27th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Florida. The following county was declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Volusia County. No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance.
