Update On July 22, the following two (2) counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Hamilton and Union Counties. Please see below for an updated Excel spreadsheet of affected areas. On July 2nd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Illinois. No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance. The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Franklin, Gallatin, Jackson, Randolph, Saline and Williamson Counties.
