VA has recently issued Information Bulletin 26-04-16, encouraging lenders, holders, and servicers to extend every possible forbearance to borrowers whose properties sustain damage from natural disasters and requesting that holders establish a 90-day moratorium on any new foreclosures involving properties so affected.  A link to the entire bulletin in PDF appears below.
