HUD has re-issued Mortgagee Letter 2004-40: Single Family Real Estate Owned (Property Disposition) National Management and Marketing Contracts. The revised version of the letter contains corrections and clarifications about contact information for M&M contractors. SPI is preparing a reference sheet noting all changes.
