HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2004-45: Single Family Real Estate Owned (Property Disposition) National Management and Marketing Contracts.  This new mortgagee letter supersedes ML 04-40 and provides information regarding M&M contract assignments and effective dates, as well as contact information for the M&M contractors.
