Safeguard is very aware that our clients need to monitor the performance of all of their vendors. In order to help our clients with this task of monitoring vendor performance, Safeguard has developed a Report Card reflecting Safeguard's performance. This report is designed to allow SPI and our clients to regularly evaluate the amount of time it takes for SPI to complete and update orders received from our clients. The report provides a monthly
summary of the number of days between order date, order completion, and update to the client. The report is broken down by department, as work
orders in different departments are completed according to each
department's specific performance standards and priorities.
The report format will allow each client to monitor our performance
by department and according to the criteria set forth by the client
for each type of work. Sale date inspections are measured from the due date
(expected date of sale) to the date the results are entered and
made available to our client. The preservation work section of the report
shows our performance in two categories: the number of days
from order date to completion date, and the number of days from
completion date to update to client. |
