HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2005-07, Update to ML 2004-45: Single Family Real Estate Owned (Property Disposition) National Management and Marketing Contracts.  With the exception of the new information contained in this Mortgagee Letter, all information in ML 2004-45 remains in effect.
