As you may know, the City of Los Angeles maintains an Abated Property List that Safeguard routinely cross-references with the properties in our own system.  Whenever we find a match (a property in our system records that appears on the Abated Property List), our High Risk Specialist J. Schwegel will report the finding to the client to help assure that the condition leading to the abatement is addressed promptly.

We do also want to help our clients identify any properties in their portfolios that may be on the list but not in SPI's system.   To this end, we have inserted a link below to the LA Abated Properties List, current as of February 8, 2005.
