HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2005-12, Update to ML 2004-45: Single Family Real Estate Owned (Property Disposition) National Management and Marketing Contracts, with updated information about M&M contract assignments in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  With the exception of the new information contained in this Mortgagee Letter, all information in MLs 2004-45, 2005-04, and 2005-07 remains in effect.
