City of Dayton Steps Up Enforcement of Yard Standards

The City of Dayton's Director of Building Services issued a press release today advising that Dayton housing inspectors will be increasing their efforts with regard to enforcement of yard maintenance standards.  Stiffer penalties in effect through the summer and early fall will include fines and court costs exceeding $200, with possible jail time for repeat offenders. 

The stepped-up program of enforcement goes into effect on April 4th and will continue through October 28th.
