City of Dayton OH Vacant Properties List
Friday, 29 April 2005

As you may know, the City of Dayton, Ohio maintains a Vacant Property List to help them address the continuing issues related to vacant structures in the city.  Safeguard routinely cross-references this list with the properties in our own system, and whenever we find a match (a property in our system records that appears on the Vacant Property List), our High Risk Specialist J. Schwegel will report the finding to the client to help assure that any conditions of concern are addressed promptly.

We also want to help our clients identify any properties on the list that may be in their portfolios but not in SPI's system.   To this end, we have inserted a link below to the Dayton Vacant Properties List, last updated on February 15, 2005.

Please also see our recent release concerning Dayton's increased attention to and enforcement of yard maintenance standards:

If you have any questions about how to use this list, or about whom you should contact for more information if you do identify one of your properties, please contact High Risk Specialist J. Schwegel (nicholas.schwegel@safeguardproperties.com, or by telephone at 800-852-8306, ext. 1123).
