City of Dayton, OH Affixes Signs to Properties of Long-time Code Violators

The City of Dayton, OH Division of Housing Inspection has implemented a new program to encourage repair of damaged properties.  Beginning Friday, May 13, 2005, the city will begin posting signs on properties whose owners have ignored repeated citations and orders to correct violations.
