The VA St. Petersburg Regional Loan Center recently issued Information Bulletin 26-05-04 regarding the revision of appraisal report forms by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. 

The information bulletin lists the revised appraisal report forms that have been deemed acceptable for immediate use in all VA appraisals.  Effective November 1, 2005, these revised appraisal report forms will be required.
