VA Denver RLC Update re: P&P Expenses/Allowables

The VA Denver Regional Loan Center recently issued a new Loan Guaranty Letter 05-03 261-1 regarding property preservation services and cost allowables. There are no substantive changes to the guidelines under this new letter, which rescinds Loan Guaranty Letter 04-08 261-1. Please follow the link below to read the new letter in its entirety.
