As many of you know, the first National Property Preservation Conference and Seminar was held last November at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. This conference marked the first time representatives from across the industry have gathered for two full days of discussion sessions and events dedicated exclusively to property preservation topics. Conference attendees enjoyed the participation of representatives from HUD, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, code enforcement officials from around the country, contractors, mortgage servicers, and field service providers. The link below will take you to a page on our web site where you can access video recordings and session summaries from last year's conference. National
Property Preservation Conference 2004 But so many people in the industry played a part in all we accomplished last year, and with that in mind, and I would like to extend an broad invitation to members of the industry to participate on the conference planning committee this year. The planning committee's role is to develop the sessions agenda and many of the topics for discussion, as well as to help set the tone and define the goals of the conference. We will likely have one planning committee conference call per month until the weeks just before the conference, when we expect to schedule one or two additional calls to finalize details. If you are interested in participating on the conference planning committee, please contact me at Robert.Klein@safeguardproperties.com or Marketing Manager Nicole Alling (Nicole.Alling@safeguardproperties.com) as soon as possible. Once we've established the committee members, I will send out an email to schedule the first call. I look forward to your favorable response. Sincerely, Robert |
