VA Roanoke RLC Update re: P&P Expenses/Allowables

The VA Roanoke Regional Loan Center recently issued a new Loan Guaranty Letter 26-05-03 regarding property preservation services and cost allowables. There are no substantive changes to the guidelines under this new letter, which rescinds Loan Guaranty Letter 26-04-08. Please follow the link below to read the new letter in its entirety.
