We recently came across an interesting item posted on the Claims Magazine web site, reporting on a large monetary award in a mold exposure case. 

While the matter did not directly involve a mortgage servicer, the findings of the court could nevertheless have an impact on the servicing industry, as mold and its remediation continue to be complex and costly issues in our industry.
