HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2005-29, Update to ML 2004-45: Single Family Real Estate Owned (Property Disposition) National Management and Marketing Contracts, with updated contact information for P&P requests and Extension of Time requests for Cityside Management Corporation, the M&M covering the states of Arkansas and Louisiana.  

Effective July 1, 2005, these requests should be directed to:
