We have added a new feature to the Investor/Insurer guidelines pages on our web site. When you view the FHA guidelines by state, the bar across the top of each state's "Variations" page allows you to choose the section of the guidelines you want to review. At the far right of this bar, we have added an option that displays the M&M contact information for that state.
When you select this option, a window will appear listing the name of the M&M contractor responsible for that state and the name of the SPI individual designated for maintaining communication with that M&M. The response time frame specifies the number of days in which M&Ms are to respond to overallowable or extension requests sent by our clients. This window also indicates which HOC (Home Ownership Center) the state falls under as well as the GTR (Government Technical Representative) and REO Director responsible for that HOC.
In some areas, M&Ms have selected subcontractors to handle work on their behalf. If this is the case, the top right hand corner of the box will have a "subcontractor" link available. Clicking on this link will forward you to the subcontractor contact information. While on the Subcontractor Contact Information page, the link at the top will be "Primary Contractor." Click on this link to return to the primary contact information.
If you have any questions about this feature, please contact Kathy Cogan (kathy.cogan@safeguardproperties.com). |
