***Please note that this declaration includes the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in North Dakota. According to the FEMA web site, Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation is located in the town of Belcourt, with zip code 58316, and so this zip code has been included in our spreadsheet of zip codes affected by this disaster declaration. There may be parts of the town of Belcourt that share this zip code but fall outside of the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation and that therefore may not be affected by the declaration and the HUD Moratorium on foreclosure activity.
